Public hearing on a proposed ordinance amending the sign ordinance regulations within Chapter 28 (Signs) of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of Janesville to allow off-premises signage for major donors of non-profit organizations; and to clarify regulations for the use of sandwich board signs in the downtown Sign District D. (Ordinance No. 2026-928)
2. Public hearing on a proposed ordinance amendment altering regulations on poultry keeping within City limits to permit ducks. (File Ordinance No. 2026-932)
VI. NEW BUSINESS
1. Conveyance of a utility easement to Alliant Energy on City-owned property located at 100 Momentum Drive.
2. Review of the proposed design and location of maintenance and storage buildings at the City of Janesville sanitary landfill (801 Black Bridge Road)
3. Presentation and update by Planning Staff for the Recodification of the Zoning Ordinance (Updated Land Use and Dimensional Standards).
